Overwhelming

You know a video game is amazing when this is their art for their advertisements. I strongly suggest clicking for Hugeness, and just looking at it for a while.

This has gone on Long Enough

-XKCD

I'm just not certain how much longer this persistent matching of ideas will continue. This is but one example how XKCD is not only able to put an idea into words well, but more artistically, and creatively than I currently am able. I don't know whether to be glad that there is proof that someone out there gets it, or frustrated that before I can form words, someones already several steps ahead of me and has accomplished even more than I originally sought to.
And so,
Congratulations XKCD for being awesome.

Curse you XKCD for being awesome, and quick to and with computers.

Clouds Have Their Own Language...and I'm Jealous

From Bad Days to Better Days

Currently, I'm completely convinced that if you had to find emotion in an instrument, it would be found in a piano much like ultimate truth would be in poem format. After waiting for what seemed like forever, I am finally able to play these great songs. They couldn't have come at a better time actually. After barely surviving a day, and getting ditched on several instances, not only was given a little reminder (as seen in the later post today)but also the songs that have strongly contested for Theme-song status.I honestly think I could just sit and play them through out this afternoon... This afternoon is proof of that.

Maybe We'll Find Better Days

(Where a link should be to hear the song.)
(Realize, it's alot better if you listen as you look at the post)

Puzzling..

Is this real?
This picture is very interesting to me. It reminds me of a time where I was physically in a nice looking location in San Diego, but at the same time, the more "real" feeling comes from the immediate way the picture makes me feel. Which, while I can't even begin to describe in words. It would need lots of colors, and squiggles and an open mind to get it. So which is real? The physical memories and objects, or how the way the physical makes me think and feel?
This is the problem.
I've come across one of the greatest questions I have yet to think about. Just what is "Reality?"

Is it things that happen in the physical world, or what about things that exist in drawings. Those who can draw well enough (one of my life goals) can create their own reality. Even in my juvenile stage in artistic-ness, I can recognize that there are certain things that....are only real in drawing or in music. Any attempt to make it come into something other than what it is destroys it.
So is reality variable?
what is it?
I feel as though it is one of those instances where I don't even know what I'm asking.

I'm going to walk down this path a little more and see where it takes me.
I might need this.

Expanding My Horizons

I've decided that this computer eats too much of my life. So I've tried to find my little place where i can just sit. And do some much needed thinking.. however all i'm getting lately is what is best described as changing colors of the trickling water near by.
Important update.

Best Board Game Ever

this is more or less just a reminder to me to by the game "imagine if..."
this game revolves around knowing the other players. you all get 6 little number cards, and depending on whose turn it is, they draw a card and read something like "Imagine if Sam were a room, would he be a..." and then there are 6 different rooms listed. Everyone chooses which room I would be, and then we all show each other what we said. If you were part of the majority, say 3 people out of five thought I was the living room (or as someone has said, I'm a very dark and dangerous closet....closet?)then those people get to move ahead, and the others don't move at all. I would play this game just to see how well people knew me, and to try and indirectly see what people thought of me, or how I come off to people. It's just a constant wonder, that's all.
The only down side to this (as i found out) is that you may correctly guess which automobile the person is, only to find out that only you, and that person guessed that, putting you in the minority, and punishing you for a correct answer (It's one of the worst times to be punished. When your right) but really is a great game.
of course, no board game is better than Easy Money.
not,
one.
I really should get the cousins together for another go at that game. I mean, come on, your lowest bill is 100,000 dollar bills. How is not a great game?

"So How's Life?"

If they just wanted to know how I am, they'd say "how are you?" but saying "hows life?", that prompts a more detailed answer.
So in that case, should i just say "ok" and move on to the next routine question,or should i say how i really am... and if I do, then how I am really? and then if I figure that out, how do I explain it. which words should I use, which ones make sense?
what if the person doesn't really want to hear what I have to tell them, should I generalize my whole life, or just life as it most defines itself to me?
